Who we are

Liz graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths, London. With over fifteen years of yoga practice and six years of teaching experience, she brings a deep understanding of movement, breath and body awareness to her osteopathic treatment approach.

She combines soft tissue and myofascial techniques, joint mobilisation and manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and tailored rehabilitation exercises. This integrated approach supports recovery beyond the treatment room, helping clients build strength, ease pain and improve overall mobility.

Liz’s style is collaborative, calm and responsive. She focuses on helping you understand your body, restore balance, and move towards long-term health in a way that feels sustainable and personal to you.
