Liz Coleman is a registered osteopath based in South Woodford, graduating with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths, London (GOsC No. 11977).
With over 15 years of yoga practice and 6 years of teaching, she brings a strong understanding of movement, breath, and body awareness to her work. Her approach is shaped by her own experience of persistent hamstring pain, which led her to osteopathy.
Liz treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including back and neck pain, joint problems, and sports-related injuries. She has a particular interest in movement-related pain and helping people understand the root cause of their symptoms so they can return to activity with confidence.
Her treatments combine hands-on techniques with tailored rehabilitation exercises, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and overall movement quality. Her style is calm, collaborative, and practical, with a focus on long-term results beyond the treatment room.
Liz sees patients in South Woodford and surrounding areas including Wanstead, Leytonstone, Woodford, and Walthamstow.
