About

Liz Coleman, M.Ost.

A female Osteopath with shoulder-length brown hair wearing a black shirt, standing indoors near a window with a potted plant and artwork in the background.

I graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths and am registered with the General Osteopathic Council (Registration No. 11977).

With over 15 years of yoga practice and 6 years of teaching, I bring a strong understanding of movement, breath and body awareness to my work. My approach is shaped by my own experience of persistent hamstring pain, which is what led me to osteopathy.

I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including back and neck pain, joint problems and sports-related injuries.

I have a particular interest in movement-related pain and helping people understand the root cause of their symptoms so they can return to activity with confidence.

My treatments combine hands-on techniques with tailored rehabilitation exercises, focusing on improving strength, mobility and overall movement quality.

My style is calm, collaborative and practical, with a focus on long-term results beyond the treatment room.

I work from my private clinic in South Woodford, as well as doing home visits in the surrounding areas, including Leytonstone, Wanstead, Woodford and Walthamstow.

I am also a qualified Mummy MOT® practitioner, and provide specialist postnatal assessments both in-person and online.
