    Osteopathy - Initial Appointment

    During your initial osteopathic consultation, we’ll review your full medical history and carry out a movement and physical assessment to understand the cause of your symptoms. I’ll explain your diagnosis, discuss the best treatment approach, and provide hands-on osteopathic care during your visit.

    You may be asked to dress down to a level you feel comfortable with, so please bring suitable clothing. You’ll also receive a personalised at-home plan to support your recovery between sessions.

    Osteopathy - Follow Up Appointment

    45minute follow up appointment

    £60

    Your follow-up session reviews how you’ve responded to treatment and focuses on the areas that still need support. We’ll reassess your movement, continue hands-on osteopathic treatment, and adjust your guidance or exercises as needed. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
